The meeting will receive a presentation outlining the project, provide an update on the progress that has been made since the AGM in June 2023, our meeting and the launch in October 2023, in securing planning permission and external funding; an outline of the current risks; and detail the ongoing programme to deliver a viable project ahead of the Women's Rugby World Cup in 2025.

There will obviously be an opportunity for members to make comments and ask questions.
The EGM will be asked to also approve a recommendation by the Main Executive to limit the financial reserves to be committed by the Club to the project. By doing so the EGM will inform the key decisions to be taken by the Club prior to the commencement of construction works and protect other initiatives and the day to day activities of the club.
